We take great pride in the fact that we have developed all our recording technology in-house. The whole experience has been designed to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

The Process

Step 1

We need to check that the Audio Guest Book is available for your event.

Book Now

Step 2

One month before your event we ask you to record and send your personalised greeting message.

Step 3

Your Audio Guest Book package arrives at your chosen address no later than two days before your event.

Step 4

On the day simply plug in the Audio Guest Book and display the hand-made sign at your venue. No phone line or Wifi required.

Step 5

Within 2 days of the event, drop off the Audio Guest Book at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office and return using the prepaid label provided.

Step 6

Once we have safely received the Audio Guest Book back your messages will be masterfully edited. We then send you a digital copy as well as a USB keepsake.

Step 7

As an optional extra, you can get your messages mastered onto a personalised 12” vinyl record. A stylish addition to your digital copies. Alternatively, our vinyl would make a perfect anniversary or birthday gift.

No, just a standard UK plug socket.

Is it battery-powered?

No, you will need to plug the Audio Guest Book into a standard socket.

Do you ship abroad?

We currently ship to the UK & Northern Ireland.

You can record for the whole of your event. The Audio Guest Book has high-quality, reliable storage capacity of over 100 hours

When will I receive my Audio Guest Book?

You will receive your Audio Guest Book no later than 2 days before your event.

How do I return my Audio Guest Book?

Simply return to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office within 2 days of your event.

Can I unplug and move the Audio Guest Book to another location?

Yes! Just leave it for 2 minutes after it’s plugged into the new location to continue recording.

Where should I put the Audio Guest Book at my venue?

We recommend placing the Audio Guest Book in a location you could comfortably have a phone conversation.

Do the Audio Guest Books come with PAT test and PLI ?

Yes! We will send all the boring documents you need for a happy venue.

Can I get our messages on vinyl?

Yes you can, we supply high-grade records that are of genuine archival quality providing superior sound and durability.
